At the southern border of Zambia formed by the Zambezi river we find at the moment three big infra structure projects in different stages of their building:
- The Kazungula bridge between Zambia and Botswana
- The repair of the Kariba dam
- The Batoka Gorge Hydro Plant between the Victoria falls and the Lake Kariba
